We are located on the 2nd floor of medical plaza 2 on the providence Willamette falls hospital campus, our address is 1508 Division St, Ste 205, Oregon City OR 97045

By car: from I-205 northbound, take Exit 9, Oregon City. Turn Left at the first light on to Highway 99E, then:

• Left on 14th Street.
• Left on Washington Street.
• Right on 15th Street.
• Follow 15th Street up the hill and turn left on Division Street.
• Take an immediate right in the first driveway between the hospital and Medical Plaza 1.
• Continue straight past Medical Plaza 2 and turn left into the parking lot.

From I-205 southbound, take Exit 10 Highway 213 Molalla Park Place. Turn right at the first light on Prairie Schooner Way (towards Home Depot), then:

• Left on Washington Street
• Left on to 15th Street
• Follow 15th Street up the hill and turn left on Division Street.
• Take an immediate right in the first driveway between the hospital and Medical Plaza 1.
• Continue straight past Medical Plaza 2 and turn left into the parking lot.

We are located in Medical Plaza 2 on the 2nd floor.

There is a two-level, free parking garage located behind the Medical Plaza 2 building. You can access the upper level from the hospital driveway or the lower level from Davis Street. You can also park right off Division Street in front of Medical Plaza 1 and use the skybridge to get to Medical Plaza 2.

Enter Medical Plaza 2 and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor.

In the event of inclement weather, our office is only accessible by taking 7th Street (Molalla Ave) to Division Street. Both Anchor Way and 15th Street will be closed.
