About the Provider

Dr. Regueyra’s path to medicine started early—she doesn’t remember ever planning to do anything else. While she considered other specialties, her OB/GYN rotation during medical school stood out as the perfect fit, combining her love for surgery with the chance to form lasting relationships with patients. She was drawn to the complexity of women’s health across the reproductive lifespan and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference through education, advocacy and compassionate care.

Dr. Regueyra appreciates the variety that OB/GYN offers, from preventative care and minimally invasive surgeries to managing conditions like abnormal bleeding, fibroids and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). She’s especially interested helping people understand their fertility on the journey to conception, including preconception counseling. With expertise in minimally invasive procedures such as robotic surgery, hysteroscopy and LEEPs, she’s also passionate about ensuring equitable, high-quality care, particularly for underserved populations.

One of the most rewarding parts of Dr. Regueyra’s work is the continuity of care—getting to know her patients, supporting them through pregnancies, helping with issues like birth control and abnormal Pap results, and being there for them during major life transitions. She values the trust that comes with these relationships and takes pride in offering personalized, meaningful care every step of the way.

Outside of work, Dr. Regueyra enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, exploring new restaurants and taking advantage of the outdoor opportunities in the Pacific Northwest. A gym enthusiast and nature lover, she’s thrilled to call Portland home after falling in love with the area on a visit.
